Carter is a first year student at the University of Ottawa. With a passion for technology, he is working toward a degree in Software Engineering. As a member of uPlan since 2021, Carter has managed uPlan's IT. He created uPlan's website, and adapted it for our projects such as the scavenger hunt. Carter loves philanthropy and works hard to better his community. Beyond uPlan, Carter is an avid competitive
kayaker. While training in Maple Ridge, he competed both provincially and nationally. Carter's leads a web design company, and can be found at ultimateinternetproject.ca.
