Eligibility: Grade 12 graduating student from public or private school within Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows who is a contributing member of the community of Katzie First Nation, Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows Criteria: a) be pursuing post-secondary education at a college, university or trade institution, for which graduation from grade 12 is a requirement b) Primary consideration given to service within the community, outside of school activities; how have you made your community a better place? c) Complete only the UPlan Application Form (Appendix J)
